Saying what you really mean may be hard for some people, but that has always made me ponder. I mean if people would just come out and say what they really mean, there may not be as many problems as there are now. I understand for some that they are afraid of hurting someone’s feelings, but I think that putting up a front, hiding behind something, avoiding the subject, etc… is worse than the truth and hurting someone’s feelings. They say “the truth will set you free”, well that is what everyone wants… to be free. So I say telling the truth would help everyone accomplish that goal. Now we all have had good reasons to say one thing and do another, or tell a small lie in the favor of good, but that could just cause more problems than it solves in the long run. Now some people are just “PLAYERS”, they are just there to get whatever they can from you, regardless. Those are the worst people in the world, I think. Because really, I mean, In my book “Abuse” is one of the worst things you can do in this world, and that is just another form of abuse. Now there are others that put up fronts or hide behind something just because they are afraid of loosing what little they already have or getting hurt. It would be nice to know the outcomes of all our decisions, but we don’t and if we don’t put forth the effort and truth it, we will never know. There are still a few things in this world worth taking chances for, but if you’re not going to be honest with yourself or anyone else, then you may as well not even take that chance because you will fail. I only hope that people will find comfort in the truth, then in a blanket of lies…..
